Apples, for example, help clean the teeth since they contain pectin, an ingredient which helps fight bad odor. Yogurt contains active cultures that fight with odor producing bacteria. Cinnamon, being antimicrobial also helps fight off odor producing bacteria. You can chew fennel or if you find chewing it difficult, you can make a fennel tea by boiling a few fennel seeds in water for about 5 to 10 minutes.
6- Drinking water regularly, throughout the day also helps in keeping your mouth and thus your breath fresh. Water helps in rinsing your teeth and also loosening of particles from around your teeth, thus reduces bacteria build up and also the chances of you getting bad breath.
